question regarding super adventurers mod

Post » Fri Dec 04, 2009 7:51 pm

Hi i have been wondering, does the mod Super adventurers and adventurers 3.0 tribunal have evil gmst? According to MLOX it has bad gmst but not all of them are IIRC(the kind that doesn't need to be cleaned) i like this mod a lot.

If i have to clean the mod. with tes tool? how do add it to my game (i merged this mod with morrowind advanced, MCA and vampire realism, i merged the leveled lists only.)
what would be the procedure to clean it(if it has evil gmst)

From the Super Adventurers 3.02 archive that I have:
"super_adventurers302.esp" does have Evil GMSTs. I'd clean it with TESTOOL.
"adventurers_tribunal.esp" does not have GMSTs.

Edit: you should not have to worry about leveled lists, if that's the only kind of merging you have done.

yes i only do a merge level list for these 4 mods that i always use because they add leveled creatures.
Ok so i clean the mod with testool and then just replace the clean .esp in mi data files? nothing will be broken?
BTW i always wondered if i had to enable also the tribunal esp.

Assuming this is for a new game then you shouldn't have a problem cleaning out GMSTs before you start. Otherwise it's always best to use Wrye Mash to ensure your save is spiffy clean.

I think if you have Tribunal.esm you should enable "adventurers_tribunal.esp" to ensure the weapon and armour balancing happens with Tribunal-added stuff. I can't see a Bloodmoon equivalent.

Thanks for the help
I tried cleaning the .esp but when i saw what i was cleaning, it was removing a lot of weapons and armors, so TBH i left it as it is.

I have one last question. i have been reading some faqs but i still have some doubts.
What would be the best procedure to add a mod like Giants (that adds creatures to the leveled lists) to an already existing game that has a merge list(mash list)

I'm level 15(role-playing) and don' want to start from the beginning.

Have you checked out http://www.pirates.retreat.btinternet.co.uk/Creatures.htm, and http://planetelderscrolls.gamespy.com/View.php?view=Mods.Detail&id=6616? Both add to lists, both are very well tuned, lore friendly, look great, and easy to install/uninstall.
