Cant figure out if my computer will run fallout new vegas

So i have a dell inspiron and im using windows 7, i cant seem to find what type of video card i have so im wondering if anyone can help me, thanks!
Also sorry if i put this in the wrong forum i didn't really know where to place it.

My Dell Inspiron laptop can run New Vegas on Medium settings. If it has windows 7 it means it's more modern, which means it can probably run it

i just found something that says chip type: Intel® HD Graphics (Core i3) does that mean anything.... I'm sorry im terrible with most computer stuff

NV shouldn't be too demanding on PC, the link that's posted should help you figure that out.

Yes, it will run it on high settings. My old PC had those exact same specs. No need to worry :)
