Ultimate Edition and Prima Guide

Post » Wed May 09, 2012 8:40 am

Hello,

does anyone know if there will be an official Prima Guide to the ultimate F:NV-Edition like there war for FO3, with all DLCs and so on?
If they plan to release one, when will it be released?

Didn't find anything on amazon yet...would be nice if they would make one though!

I'm going to say probably not. You can still buy the regular F:NV prima guide however and then staple some print outs from Fallout.wikia.com into it. I even made http://i.imgur.com/8oWhI.jpg this for you, so you can just print that out and put it on your guide. Hope that helps.

Why not just use the wiki instead?

Wiki is nice indeed, but it doesn't come close to having a real strategy guide, IMO.

It has so much more information then any hand made book could ever have and it comes with the added feature of being on the internet, which means that I can use my to phone look stuff up while I'm playing.

My strategy guide buying days ended when I got my first laptop (which wasn't actually that long ago...the last guide I bought was the FO3 GOTY CE guide). Why pay $30 for a guide when you have so much more info at your fingertips?

You could buy a high end laptop with the money I've sunk into strategy guides in my 20+ years of gaming. It's kind of depressing.
