Here's my issue:

I'm German, a Dutch friend wants this game. I agreed to buy him the ultimate edition. I REALLY need to make sure he gets the Dutch (or english, english is fine too) version because the German version he both wouldn't understand and it's censored more.
My question is does anyone know if I use amazon to buy it as a gift to send to him, will it give him an english, dutch or german copy? I would hope English, but I'd rather not spend my money first and find out later.

Ummm, idk the "restrictions" of your country, but why not just buy it then send it to him yourself?
If that's not an option, I'm sure there's a way to get it done.

Use steam instead waaay safer.

It's 'safe' in that the package they send is unlikely to contain a bomb... not sure what version of the game it'd be though.

Well, if everything describing the game on Amazon is in English, (so if you're using Amazon.us not the German or Dutch version) I would assume the English version of the game will ship, but I can't be sure as I've never used Amazon to ship internationally. I'm also not sure if there are different restrictions on Amazon in Germany.
