I was gonna buy a few, but then i heard about the UA so I'm wondering if I should just buy that

Definitely get UE.
Not only do you get a bad ass case, you have all the DLC on disc. So if anything ever happens to your system, you won't be screwed.

Add up the costs.
How much did you pay for your current copy, then add the cost of the DLC
Then
How much would you get for trading your copy back in and then buying the UA

I think you'd be best waiting for a sale on Steam/XBLM/PS3 Market that way you'd get the DLC discounted, but again do the maths and save yourself some pennies.

It's what I'm doing when it comes out.
And its all on a disk so you can put it on a new system if you get one. like i just got a new Xbox 360 but also had Dead Money and i cant move over DM so im all sad now....
