PS3 and Xbox360 | question about the Complete edition

Post » Wed May 09, 2012 7:41 pm

sup guys, i was wondering if i sell or trade my normal New vegas, to buy the new complete edition, i would be able to, for example....finish the last mission of the main storyline without finishing the game?
or i still would have to forget that mission to play?

If you don't have any of the DLCs I recommend buying it.

There is no playing past the end of the game, there are just too many choices for them to have made that without building at least four entire games.

yes i mean.... if i buy the complete edition, and load my current save wich is next to the end of main story , so buying that would make the game be longer? can i continue the main story and finish it BEFORE play the DLC′s?

No you cannot, as I said there is no playing past the ending of the main quest.

There are six DLCs, four major ones and two minor ones.

It adds a lot to the game, one adds a bunch of weapons that you can purchase (minor DLC), another adds a bunch of weapons and armor to start with (minor DLC), three of them adds locations you can return to whenever you want (major DLC) and two of those places is a huge open area you can explore to your heart's content (major DLC).

All four major DLCs have fantastic stories, weapons, and characters.

I should add somthing, if you trade in your copy of NV, your gunna end up with about .84 cents.
You'd be better off just buying the DLCs separate.

Bought the ultimate edition for 360, and its running way better then my ps3 version of the original game. Its amazing what they took out of the game with the last patch on ps3. I guess it was to make the game more stable as the game file gets bigger, but it seems to be way less laggy on the 360 so far, 14 hours in. Plus its sweet not having the save file grow ever 5 minutes to huge levels. My 360 is old as mud too, FO3 gave me the red lights of death over 2 years ago lol and its still kicking. Can't imagine how it would run on a newer, better 360 version too.

Each DLC adds 5 levels, having all four long DLC's will raise the level cap to 50.
