Is this going to be packaged like Fallout 3's GOTY edition with the game on one disc and the DLCs on another? If so and you already have NV installed could you just install the DLCs from thier disc without having to completely re-install the whole game?

I can verify that the DLC's come as the second disc.

For PS3 they all come on one disc.

Hey does anybody know if you have to download the dlc or can you just put in disc 2 and play it? I'm asking because my last xbox got the red ring of death and and my new one didn't come with a harddrive. I'm pretty sure if I have to download it 4g isn't enough to hold all DLCs so does anyone know? also, Is FO3 GOTY the same way?

You need to install the DLCs to play them.
