I went to Target to see if New Vegas UE was available and the employee said it was delayed. I went to Best Buy and NV UE was right on the shelf. I was curious as to why it was released at some stores and not others.

Wrong. I have the DLCs on my PS3 and a few on my xbox 360, yet my PS3 runs it smoothly and I've never had any serious problems. I don't get why kids whine over the PS3 not doing as good as the xbox 360 tbh.
I have New Vegas for both PS3 and 360, and I must say it runs more smoothly and doesn't freeze nearly as much on my 360 as it does on my PS3. Although that's just one individual case of course, could be there's not much of a difference in general.

Well bro...
I can afford it twice so why not?, and would rather play it on the 360 where I can talk with others as I play.
But I almost broke to that will, and bought the ps3 copy again, just for the week wait untill the 24th....
Because it's a waste?
You could play on PS3 but have your xbox running and talk to friends.
But yeah since you've mentioned its to talk while playing - fair enough buy it for Xbox
