When do the "real monsters" come into play. : Fallout: New Vegas

Now i was playing Fallout New Vegas for like the first time and i had a blast from level 1-10 then i just started to get confused. As i was playing it i though to myself when do the dragons show up? i cant wait to put a .50 round bullet into its head and watch it explode. As I grew more near to level 15 i just get angry. So, why cant i find any dragons? is there like a specific quest i need to do so they will like show up or something?

The game with dragons is called "Skyrim".

If you have the DLC once you get to level 50, you can fight a world eater dragon, and it's a do or die.....

I recommend going to Quarry Junction. They're a lot of "dragons" there and they will welcome you with open arms. Don't worry they just want a hug.

You have to climb to the tallest mountain before you encounter the dragon-mounted-elf-mutants. Be careful, they use ranged FEV fireballs, so you'll need to snipe them from a distance.

That seems like the type of rule that would ENCOURAGE trolling, seeing as how a troll now has the ability to make people commit bannable offenses...

Guys guys guys! I got the coolest idea ever lol! What if in the next Fallout game they have like, this mission where there's a alien spaceship, but instead of it beaming down aliens it beams down DRAGONS to attack you lol! Wouldn't that be the coolest thing EVER?! Lol they could even make it part of the main quest where, like the Enclave comes back and joins with the aliens and you have to fight them off at the same time, because they're both bad guys ya know? Lol whaddya guys think huh lol?

I'm thinking dragon-mounted aliens. What devastating, more threatening deviants could possibly be imagined? Oh, yeah, and the dragons are ghouls.
