Tunnellers in The Mojave

It was suggest in LR that the Tunnellers are on their way to the Mojave. That seems like a pretty big deal and would affect how things turn out in the Mojave wouldn't it?

There was already a Tunneler thread talking about possible Tunneler outcomes etc... and some people (as with myself) picture Tunnelers taking a big part in the next game, and yes they do affect the Mojave

Ulysees seems to think there is no stopping them, I'm inclined to believe em.
However, I don't think F4 will have em. I think F4 will be on the east coast, and that's a pretty far journey for a tunneler.

So, this made me think that we could indeed get another Fallout made by obsidian. I hope Beth let's them, because I really don't think I'll be very happy with BGSs F4.
The way they make games just is not appealing to me, Skyrim strengthened this a lot.
They just can't seem to make a game that has any depth. Just crap load of meaningless things to do, it's fun for some people..... but not me.

You launched a nuke to stop all of that from happening if I remember correctly.

I doubt a single nuke could stop em all.
Besides that, we don't know if the launch is canon.
I'm willing to bet that the canon would be where the Courier stops Ulysees by talking to him, and stopping any nukes from launching.

Yeah they left a few things for the next Mojavi region fallout game like the Residents of the Vault 22 (I hope i have the right number I haven't had to refference this for nearly half a year) last seen leaving Zion.

I'm think the sequel will feature the nation (House ending) facing threats from all around and you having to save it from Tunnelers, Vault 22 remnents and probably the return of the legion and NCR.

If we do get another game in the Mojave I'd like to see whatever faction gets the Canon ending fighting against the tunnelers, have them be a major threat and the protagonist has to help find a way to get rid of them.

Lol Ulysses.
I can't say I listen to anything he says but what I have seen from the Tunnellers and if combined with his prediction. They are going to be a big threat to the Mojave is they start hunting on a larger scale to hold their numbers.
Though I could see a potential new scenario involving House as leader of Vegas with his army, he'd be defending the place with them since they are less inclined to attack a robot (no scent or meat). It'd make a nice warzone.

Depends on how big of a time-jump it is.

The tunnelers live underground, and the reason the Divide is in such a bad shape is because a bunch of nukes launched underground. Undoubtedly one-or-two (or not any) nukes hitting the ground won't make them extinct.
