Question regarding weapon storage

After earning some pre-war money in the sierra madre casino (8000 thousand stacks :-) ) and getting 7 gold bars out I've been considering buying as many GRA weapons as I can (I don't have my barter at 100 yet so I'll wait) and putting them on display on some tables in the sink, but I was wondering, can I leave them out like that or will I have to put them in a storage cabinet to prevent them from disappearing?

Nah they should be fine, when I was using the sink I displayed a lot of my stuff on the shelving in the bedroom and never had any problems.

If it is in your house, it is safe.

Most things you leave outside are safe too, but NPCs have been known to pick things up.....
