I'm new to FO:NV but i played FO3 a lot. I know that in FO3 you were only supposed to have 1 follower at a time but there were exploits were you could get like 8 followers at a time.

I don't want to use any follower exploits in FO:NV, yet, anyway since this is my first play through. Thus, i wondering since i now have ED-E (that flying robot bot) and Boone, at the same time is not an exploit but rather it is supposed to be how the game is playing. Thx.

Its not a glitch, you can have on non-humanoid companion (Rex or ED-E) and one humanoid (all of the rest) at a time.

In New Vegas you can have 1 Humanoid follower(Boone, Veronica, Cass, Raul, Lily, Arcade) and one non-humanoid(ED-E and rex) with you at a time.

thx guys i feel better now cause i love having ED-E and a human rolling around. I love how he it becomes a little music box in combat lol.
