Why do I get bad karma for killing Mr. House?

and thos loading screen are annoying as hell.

Mr. House can't control loading screens, if he could then no one could touch him, try to shoot at a securitron? loading screen. try to destroy the securitron bunker? loading screen. refuse to give him the chip? loading screen.

Swank is probably the only one in the chairman that would be on Mr. Houses side but that's debatable. After you help the white glove Mortimer says when he told everyone what the meal was they all got quiet and then started laughing. You can even go back and talk to Majorie and she'll thank you for bringing back cannibalism. The only one who doesn't really care for it is chauncey. I agree with your karma statement.

Okay, you guys have convinced me that Mr.House might be the best choice for the mojave but I still don't believe that he or any of the other factions are a good choice. Hell, I don't even think yesmans a good choice and I picked him my first playthrough.

If the chairmen supported Benny then he wouldn't of needed to hire the Khans and if you tried to kill him every chairman would be on you. As for Majorie, i think of her as an ex-junkie trying to break her habit and Mortimer as some sort of weird dealer.

I hate the yes man ending, it's only there because obsidian realized you can annoy every faction and be locked out of the main quest altogether

He hired the khans because they are one of the toughest tribes in the Mojave. He knew Mr.House might have guards protecting the chip so he got some tough tribals just for the job. In any case why risk the lives of your friends when you can just hire some savages you care nothing about? I don't know if you said you hate yesmans ending because I said I chose him my first playthrough but as I said before I dislike all endings.

I think New Vegas has a great world to explore. Exploration isn't what Fallout is about anyways. It wasn't meant to be a game based on "heres a crap load of dungeons guarded by the same generic bad guys, go explore."

New Vegas had places that served no other purpose than fast travel points(Yangtze Memorial, California Sunset Drive in,Toxic waste dump etc). While Fallout 3 had more memorable places like Little lamplight, Tranquility Lane,Oasis, and Megaton. If exploration isn't what fallout was about then it is now. Bethesda turned it into that in fallout 3 and seeing how Skyrim was I assume that's how FO4 will be. Horrible writing or not those two games got game of the year for a reason.

Well, this is my last post for this thread. This has has gotten way off topic and I'm not trying to turn this into a FO3 vs New Vegas thread. I respect your opinion and I hope you respect mine.
