Nevada Skies is probably my favorite New Vegas mod, although if you don't have a good computer it will hammer your game performance.

If I had a computer I would download the nudity mods. Nothing says I'm super mature and know how to have a relationship like staring at pixellated junk.

Nevada Skies and New Vegas Bounties.But perhaps Bounties isn't the best for beginners, some enemies are tough and it requires you to travel to some dangerous locations already at the beginning, so it isn't the best for low-level players, at least when you're not yet acquainted with the game.

I Just been using that mod last night, I can't seem to get teh Veribird to fly, I am playing mouse and keys im not sure if you need a controller or joypad. anyone know anything about it??

Apparently the vertibird is only compatable with keyboard, look up some youtube videos a few show how to change the controls

Some of the ammo/item crafting mods are really good. Especially the ones that let you make you own powder, primers, casing and bullets from all the junk lying around. Like breaking down 5mm casings into scrap and then making 5.56 from that scrap. I don't think I've bought much ammo since I installed those mods.

There are also scalers that will let you decrease or increase items, ammo & caps found randomly. Or let you slow down or speed up leveling. Or for hardcoe players, there is one that adds MRE's to the game. Basically, you just customize the game to what you want it to be.

My favorite is the one that makes Sunny Smiles a companion.
