So everytime I shot a bullets or there's explosion and such, the black graphic always appeared.
I comes and goes. Sometime it works perfectly, while other time it appears black like this. I have no clue why.

Can anyone please help me?

Try the following while in the game :
Ctrl+Alt+` (tilde key; just below the Esc key or next to number 1)

Once in the developer console, type r_shadows 0 and hit enter.

Also go into game options and turn off Motion blur.

I tried both and it still did not solve the black-thingy graphic. Thank you for your suggesstion tho.

Anyone else have any clue how to fix it?
