i got it fixed not really how though, here are the thing i did have no friggin clue which worked but now after 4 hours of troubleshooting it works:
1. uninstall- reinstall game
2. uncheck the readonly attribute on the Saves folder
3. copy the saves folder to the installed directory and update the master.ini file to reflect the change - master .ini file is in the installed directory
4. turned off all Auto Saving in the game
5. “iSaveGameBackupCount=1″ to “iSaveGameBackupCount=0" - in both .ini files
tried those things and started to slowly advance in the game saving every 30seconds and loading to check for crash, seems to work now after i complete the quest.
good luck, i wish these a$$hats had done some real testing before releasing the game...
