my friend is having issues with exeoptimiser. When its running it shows errors saying "sse.exe has stopped responding" . I don't personally use exeoptimiser, but i am wondering what i can do to help him get it working. His OS is vista Home Premium 64-bit. His processor is a core 2 quad q8200

As far as I can recall, just pushing "cancel" (or something to that effect) whenever that pops up (which is quite a few times, but not at every patch) appears to work - exe optimizer eventually finishes.

what do the errors mean?

No clue whatsoever. *chuckle* but the exe still works afterwards, and I think I see a little improvement.

its something to do with applying certain sse patches i think...
