i installed fallout 1,2,and tactics onto my computer and when i started played the colors were messed up and it llooked bad.the cutscenes looked horrible too.

The color thing is a common glitch (it's because you're likely playing this game on a computer that is an order of magnitude more advanced than what the game was made for.)

The easy fix is to alt-tab back to windows and then back into the game - might take a couple tries but it usually clears it up pretty quick.

Check out NMA (No Mutants Allowed), I'm pretty sure that's where I got my resolution patch/mod (which allows me to play at 1440x900 and fixes the color problems).
