I've just picked up the Fallout Collection (Fallout, Fallout 2, and Fallout Tactics) today. Playing Fallout at the moment, I'm stuck on what to do next. I've reached Vault 15, searched all three floors. Where do I find that Water Chip?

Uh-oh. Take note of the little information box at the bottom left side of the screen. It gives descriptions about your character's situation. To the east side of the third floor, when you see a pile of rubble, a message should have come up that the passage is blocked and the Water Chip can never be accessed again. You're done there, Vault 15's just a dungeon for items and XP. You might want to return to Shady Sands and look for more clues.

Don't underestimate it. Finding the water chip is a longer quest than most people are used to. Keep finding clues in the towns and settlements to come and you will figure it out eventually.

It is the main quest after all.
