I can't seem to find them for the life of me. For the uninitiated: towards the end of the Morrowind MQ, within the Ghostgate fortress, you may stumble upon an old Imperial named 'Wulf' near the bar. His quotes seem to be anagogical and portend the future of the TES series. I believe he speaks of the downfall of the Tribunal, the erosion of the Empire, and an assortment of other cool foreshadowing that comes to pass in Oblivion and Skyrim.

It is strongly implied he is Tiber Septim himself, or at least a spectral aspect of him. Anyone have his quotes or remember what he says? I'd load Morrowind back up (Overhaul mod...it's like a visual orgism) but he only appears during the very short window after you have Wraithguard but before you confront Dagoth Ur.
