I've tried each & every solution available here and there. I found out, that you better have Windows Media Player as deafult wav/mp3 player. Tweaking video setting in every way didn't help. Most likely, that the problem I experienced was somehow related with codecs. So I uninstalled all codecs, video and audio players, Tune Up utilities, but it had no use. And my last option was to reinstall Windows. So, I did it and it helped. Game runs pretty good now. Sorry 4 bad eng, good luck.
