I am personally hoping for Elswyr or Black Marsh, but Summerset Isle would be better than yet another game with 99% humans.

I have to agree. I would really like to see the game set in Elswyr. To me there just won't be that much of a difference in the geography of Skyrim to make it interesting. How many glaciers/mountains can you see before it gets old? I know from my time in Solsthiem that it got a little old to be in a continual snowstorm running through an evergreen forest, and I just don't see how different Skyrim can really be from the Bloodmoon setting. Maybe with bigger cities, but other than that the climate should be about the same.
