I have a bunch of resources in my collection available for use. I was thinking of just adding them all to the CS so i'd always have them ready to use. Is this the proper thing to do, or should I add them as I need them? I guess i'm curious as to what the proper practice is and I wasn't sure if this would cause any technical problems.

I find it faster to just grab them from their original ESPs as I need them, but if they are loose files you might as well make a resource ESP with them.
That way all the resources are ready, and in one place, when you need them.
