Trying To Get An Animated Resourse To Work

I'm going to use FyTSI"s Animated Sarcophagus in a mod i'm working on. I initially loaded it as a static, and it didn't do anything. I realized that staics can't be animated (as far as I know), so I loaded it in as an activator. The animation still doesn't work. Does anyone know how I could get this to work? I'm not sure what i'm doing wrong. Here's the link to the resource:

What do you mean "doesn't work" ?
Are you getting errors in-game, or do the animations just not fire on Activate?

Use the vel_Sarcophagus NIFs to make the meshes, the Xvel_ files are for the animation.
As long as the animation files are in the same folder as the meshes, they should work.

The animations didn't seem to work. I know I first added the sarcohagus in the Statics, then in Activators, thinking that would do the trick. I may not have added the animation file now that I think of it.


Edit: There's a few animated crates. I added the art with no problem, but when it comes to adding the animation, i'm not sure how to do that. It just lists 'Idle' and 'Idle2'. Maybe i'm adding them to the wrong section? I'm still unsure on how to add animations.

You don't need to do anything with the Animation tab, Idles or the animation files.
Make the object with the normal mesh (just like any other object) and as long as the X meshes are in the same folder it will work.

I know the animations for the sarcophagus are in the Meshes folder, as well as for the crates. I tried using one of the animated crates in a mod and as soon as I tried opening it in game, the game froze and crashed. And it still didn't seem to work. The read me is very vague about what to do. Do these need to be added as Activators or maybe something else?
