Crystal Chests

I have found about 2 or 3 crystal chests on SI that requires a key. If this is a quest can someone get me started or advise me how to get the key I need ? Thanks

Not a quest as such, and the key isn't really a key. http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Shivering:Crystal_Chest tells the whole story.

You just need to have a heart of order in your inventory to open them
