Meh! Why isn't connarys Daedric reflecting anymore?

Just looted Ibar-Dad and recognized that connarys daedric does not glow/reflect anymore. installed it over - same happens. texture is there, checked in nifskope found no error.

this is running: mcp 1.8 with the reflect feature - use it on several armors (checked, if it's checked - it is). using ghostnulls daedric weapon glow and aofs illuminated daedric armor (but those two shouldn't be any issue)... just installed the lightning mod modular and using TLM - Ambient Light + Fog Update, TLM - Light Sources (Clearer Lighting), TLM - Light Sources (Lanterns), TLM - External Lights Ownership, TLM - NPC Light Sources (Ambient light... is the last loaded before mashed lists).

I have several other mods but before installing these mentioned during the last week it worked.

IIRC the shiny effect was a mesh tweak. Did the download come with a mesh folder?

Edit: I'm also using Connary's textures, I just checked and it's not shining for me anymore either. I'm also using TLM and the Morrowind Code Patch, I assume it's something with the code patch then.

Are you using the 'Bump maps respond to lighting' (or whatever it's called) patch. That'll make the effect a lot less noticeable (unnoticeable in some cases).

where is this implemented? so I mean, from where comes this patch? mcp or tlm?

thanks for your responses. took a while, sorry :)

just checked, you mean the mcp-option, right? i use several mods now that make use of lightning reflect so i have to keep it checked i think...
