Generate a http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pythagoras_tree? Maybe the http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Knight%27s_tour or N Queens problem?

Mostly Java. It's the first language they teach you when you're doing Computer Science at the University of Amsterdam. We also have a course in C.
