A possible Fallout-Who connection:

In the 2nd Doctor episode: "The Faceless Ones", the villains in the episode use an energy weapon which resembles a primitive version of the "Solar Scorcher" from Fallout 2.

Now didn't K9 call the Chosen One "Master"......(now I know I'm reaching there)

I wonder how many other Doctor Who references can be found in Fallout?

there was also a Robot Dog in addition to K9 and it called the chosen one Master. If you have them both (they look exactly the same) it is an easy reach to make..
