So I was trying to decorate the brotherhood of steel safehouse with putting guns and all types of tools and materials on the shelves when I noticed that when you drop something on the ground from your inventory the item may just disappear by going into the floor. This little area has 2 areas. 1 when you enter the shack and then an instant drop down into the bunker where the repair benches and shelves, locker, etc are. Sometimes when you drop an item on the floor and it vanishes it will go upstairs into the shack but sometimes the item will vanish by getting stuck in the floor where you can't reach it

It svcks for me cuz my Fatman is now under the ground where I can't get it. So basically if you wanna use this place as your safehouse for storing items that's fine but you can only use the lockers. Don't try and put guns on the shelves for it to look nice or there will be a chance you lose your items. I have a feeling this issue is due to the fact that it's a mini instance with 2 instant load levels and it has something to do with the clipping of the 2. But whatever it is it svcks.
