I know they operate in Arizona and their capital is Flagstaff, which is more or less in the middle of Arizona, so I'm guessing that they control all of Arizona. Based on Honest Hearts info I assume that they have some foothold in Utah, although they operate mostly through proxies. The Legate says he lead Legion troops all the way to Colorado, to take Denver. So how big is Legion territory exactly?
