Anatomy of a warrior

Well I figured it was time someone continued the trend and made a warrior poll. This also includes battlemages and spellswords, but not archers.

Can't say I didn't see it coming. :goodjob:

Argonian (that may sound strange, but I currently have a level 19 Argonian warrior and he is amazingly strong).
The Warrior (naturally).
Light armour.
Blade, one handed (the usefulness of a shield is indispensible).
I use restoration, Illusion (paralyze and chameleon) and occasionally use a summon daedroth scroll when I am pitted against enemies with massive health.

Nord, born under the sign of the Warrior (recently changed from The Ritual, in order to reach 210 Strength/Endurance. Plus, I never use the Ritual's spells). I use both Light and Heavy Armor, but I currently stick with Light, and armed with a two-handed scimitar.

He's a Mystic Warrior, meaning he frequently uses magic, but the spellcasting technique is different than the battlemages' one in that it's mostly not directly offensive (except a pair of certain spells, and Frost Magic). Instead, he knows how to teleport at short and large distances, knock down enemies, and how to stop the time in order to catch his enemies off-guard.

I want royalties from everyone who uses my Anatomy format. :)

Anyhow, I actually never play warriors. I might try a nord one day.

http://i14.photobucket.com/albums/a313/dragatus/Oblivion/Sarevokgro-Balrog.jpg is obviously an Orc. He was born under the Steed, doesn't wear armor (actually he does wear gauntlets and boots, but they are at 0 condition so they're purely cosmetic), and his weapon of choice are his fists and feet. As far as magic goes, he will use Restoration to heal himself and ocasionally a Shield spell for better protection.

I am also quite fond of the name I gave to his custom clas and http://i14.photobucket.com/albums/a313/dragatus/Oblivion/Oblivion2009-11-2420-48-08-79.jpg.

redguard is my favorite. adrenalin rush is dangerous! steed birthsign gives a huge boost to speed, it's a sin not to use it, you can run around enemies and hit them from all side. this style requires light armor.
basically i'd use sword (it's kind of "noble") but nothing is comparable to a huge, two handed warhammer...
my redguard rarely use magic in combat, but sometimes a summoned monster can be useful.

I think the Redguard has the most balanced skill set for a Warrior. And a great Greater Power.

Atronach is an excellent sign for a warrior I think, because it helps alot when fighting spell casters.

I like the looks of a two handed weapon, but the game stats favor a one handed blade with shield.

Nord - aesthetic reasons, Orcs and Redguards do the same job
The Warrior - obvious reasons, occasionaly The Lady
Heavy Armour - more protection at lower levels, heavier enchantments at higher levels
Blade one hand - good balance of speed, range and damage, shield due to block perks
Restoration - if you put the work in, you can become decent at healing yourself. I find restoration important as it leads to you being completely self sufficient

Altmer
The Atronach
Enchanted clothing
Blade, one-handed
Battlemage, I balance the two evenly <-- here i'm missing the 'mostly destruction' option.

Race Rebalancing mod again an Orc regenerates health but dire fire, magic, and poison weakness', warrior sign as it fits with the character.
Warlord class:
Blunt, blunt, block, heavy armour, light, armour, armourer, and conjuration.
Up front switches styles to suit the enemy, calls in his legion and powers forward.
Magic items all about restoring health or adding magic resistence.

Im always an Imperial since I play on easy I dont need to worry about the weapon and armor bonuses of other races. I also ussually put both heavy and light armor as major skills so I dont have to choose because I like both even though choosing both makes them weaker, I play on easy so I have to TRY to get killed on easy.

Archers are warriors, they wouldn't fall under the category thief or mage imo..

They're closer to thief out of those three categories, but really they should have their own thread, because non-stealth archers are different again.
