ESV : The Elder Scrolls Series Discussion

with FO3 going strong and NV coming out and prob fallout 4 next year, we prob aren't gonna be seeing ESV anytime soon like todd howard said. the fallout series is going really good and after all we don't need more midevil type games, FO is the flagship bethesda game series at this point, the writing is on the wall, pete hines said they purchased the right to fallout in order to develop it further, past FO3 even, so as good a game as oblivion was its time for bethesda to go in another direction and i sure am glad we have lots of fallout games to look forward to in the coming years. :nerd:

"Soon" is a relative term.

Wow, just wow.

First off, the elder scrolls is fantasy, not this "midevil" you speak of.

Second, "its time for bethesda to go in another direction," is like saying Square Enix should give up on Final Fantasy or Infinity Ward should stop making Call of Duty. The Elder Scrolls are Bethesda's flagship series, so I don't know what makes you think Bethesda should (and would for that matter) give up on Elder Scrolls.
