Of course it's cheating. It's not about morality, either; it just doesn't make any sense to brag about something you had to cheat to do. Without resorting to cheats, I still say it can't be done.

I wasn't trying to be rude I just don't think it can be done with the default timescale. And a picture couldn't really show that you actually did it. Post it anyway and maybe I can be persuaded.

Actually, it can be done with the default timescale, if you're on PC and have Frostcrag Reborn. FR has a spell that teleports you back to the Spire. So you can use Frostcrag's Mages Guild teleport pads, take everything from a particular guild hall, teleport back to Frostcrag, teleport to another guild hall, rinse & repeat. But without that, I don't think it can be done in time.
