I'm unable to finish the quest I Could Make You Care for Veronica because I destroyed the data at Vault 22 for the good karma and I activated the HELIOS after I had completed the quest when I found out about Euclid's C-Finder.

When I go to the terminal at Vault 22, it's blank. There's no options, it's just blank. And when I go to the Reflector Control Panel at HELIOS One, I can't activate it. When I first ask her about going to HELIOS One, I have the option of telling her I activated it and nothing happened (though I do have Euclid's C-Finder and it doesn't work). If I don't pick that option, I'm stuck having to go to HELIOS One and I can't complete it. I can't talk to Veronica about the quest and there's nothing for me to do at all to finish it.

Ed-E
I fixed Ed-E using the parts because my Repair and Science weren't high enough. I've also previously talked to Old Lady Gibson so all I can do with her is have her repair my equipment. When I bring Ed-E to Gibson Scrap Yard, nothing happens. There's nothing about the quest when I talk to Ed-E or Old Lady Gibson.

I think Ed-Es quest / options unlock over time randomly after using it for so long. Cant speak from personal experience though... and the Veronica thing is clearly one of many companion bugs - adding it to the list

Thanks for adding it. I had an idea that I had to have Ed-E for a certain time because that's how the Veronica quest became activated, I just wasn't sure because I hadn't read anything about it and it was already added.

You can't choose the pulse pistol option?

I can, but when I do choose it, it also points me to go to HELIOS One to activate the panel.

well when i was doing it there was a dialogue option to say that helios was already activated, maybe u accidently skipped over it - which is still a glitch nonetheless
