Post » Sun May 13, 2012 4:09 pm

Anyone know how to pre-order it in the UK?
And is there a chance that they'll release a limited edition with more stuff ~ like the Nano-version of C2 with the backpack and figure?

...can't wait ~ I want my bow!

Crytek also announced that players who are ready to start the hunt can pre-order the Crysis? 3 Hunter Edition* today. The Crysis 3 Hunter Edition gives players the tools to become the ultimate hunter in multiplayer with early access to the new signature bow and its attachments, plus the Hunter Nanosuit module which adds additional power and functionality to the super-suit. Gamers who pre-order now will also have a head start when playing online with a bonus XP boost up to level 5, a unique bow skin and three exclusive dog tags to hunt in style**. The Crysis 3 Hunter Edition is available on Origin.com and other participating retailers for £49.99.

In addition to receiving the Crysis 3 Hunter Edition, select retailers are offering gamers that pre-order Crysis 3 the following early multiplayer unlocks:

This is directed to Mecha

You can pre-order on EA's Origin service for all three versions of the game. I pre-ordered PC version of it already on there. However, if you can only play on PS3 then I don't think you want to pre-order already on Origin because it takes a couple of weeks for stores like gamestop, bestbuy, and other retailers to provide pre-order options so you don't have to run the risk of waiting for the game in the mail while everyone else is playing it on release day. So I would suggest just relax and wait for about a week or so to start pre-ordering. Crysis 3 isn't going anywhere hehe.

If your post is direct to me; I meant i will buy it when it cost 20€, i pre-ordered Crysis 2. I first have to see how the game comes out and the support it gets, and then i will wait till its price goes really down, i have a plenty of great games to re-play as well as some DLCs.

I m sure Crytek will do a great job tho.

haha, 500 rounds per second, I wish!
It should be 500 rounds per minute, same as the SCAR then I guess. Typhoon is likely to replace the SCAR in C3, but that's just my opinion. I only hope they have nice skins for these guns, and more skins too, not just CELL or Casual.

After buying the Nano edition last time I don't think I'll be svckered into it this time if they release one. The backpack in the last one looked like something out of the dollar store made for a kid's Halloween costume. It was cheap and flimsy looking pressed plastic, lackluster detail, sewn on to the fabric with stitches you could see, and heaven forbid anyone tried to actually use it; it looks like it would come apart at the seams.

The figure was nice, but even that looked like it was slapped together half-heatedly, you can see the pegs at the figure's feet on mine where it wasn't properly seated to the base before it was glued. Neither item left me feeling like I got my money's worth, or that it was a high quality release made with collectors in mind. It was really disappointing especially after seeing the initial images they released to promote it. Honestly I felt ripped off and lied to by the company after giving them nearly double the cost of the game.

So no I think I'll be hanging on to my money and just buying the physical DVD of the game.
