The dwemer lived in the corprusarium under Divath Fyr, correct? Divath Fyr made his "daughters" from himself, if I remember correctly. That being said, couldn't he figure out a way to create more dwemer from the one in the corprusarium?

He may, but I doubt he would want too, along with YB. The fact of the matter is, the dwemer are gone, culturally (which is mega huge in TES terms) and literally. Even if DF could clone more, they won't really be dwemer, just mer with beards, and there is only so much YB can do to educate them about the days before. He really is not exactly the most sane person and has forgotten much, as the years of living with the Divine Disease has rotted his body and mind, even if it has been paused by DF.

Perhaps the Imga could be the new Adoring Fan? Wouldn't that be awesome, an hyper-active monkey annoying you and following you everywhere you go.

The Imga try to act like altmer, going as far as to shave themselves.
