Disappointed in Introduction of Graham

Does anyone else feel disappointed with the way they introduced Graham in this DLC? Don't get me wrong, I thought the DLC was pretty good...but come on. It went pretty much like this:

*You get ambushed by brutal tribals. You kill them. Good tribal seeks you out and tells you his leader, Graham, needs your assistance, and then takes you to him.*

Wait! What?! The ex Legate of the Legion, legendary, unkillable monster known as Joshua Graham is introduced like this? Really?

Caesar forbids his people to even speak of him. Just the thought of Joshua Graham will bring fear into the minds of people.

The man was set on fire and thrown into the Grand Canyon, and was rumored to live. The NCR also reported multiple times of assassinating him. People tell stories about this abomination, the "Burned Man" still lurking in the darkness, waiting for the perfect moment to seek out revenge.

So how does this man, who is completely shrouded in mystery and in legend, get a half-assed introduction like this?

What did you expect? A giant parade of tribals and showgirls? It was modest and was perfectly alright.

Bring on the showgirls god dammit..... and marching bands of tribals with military precision.

This is not directed at anyone or meant to insult or flame.

I actually wanted him to be somewhat of a legend half way into the dlc, or to play a more mysterious role. They literally treated him as if he was just another ordinary clan leader with problems they usually have. I wanted to walk around in Zion and think to myself "Graham is in these hills somewhere, stalking my every move".

Indeed. The way the opening video described him, i was expecting a lot more than "Oh, hi! Go fetch these items for me."

I was expecting:
You kill someone. "Your actions have been observed by the forces of unknown". Then you sleep in a bed. Joshua Graham tells you, "You sleep soundly for a murderer......."
...wait, haven't I heard that before?
