Gecko armor : Fallout: New Vegas

Hi ever one just wondering were some gecko armor is becuase I can't find it and on the wiki there is no location. I would be very glad if someone told me

You have to make it at a campfire with 1 tanned fire gecko hide, 1 tanned green gecko hide, your choice of armor and maybe something else (Can't remember) I don't know of anyplace to find it already made.

The armors look the same as they normally do. The differences are a little extra weight and protection from rads and fire... 15 points, I believe, though I don't have the exact stats at hand.
