I have to go to the NCR correctional facility for a certain quest.

Anyway I am wearing the prisoners armour as a disguise.

The game tells me i'm diguised.

When I approach the facility the guard asks me for 100 caps so I can enter.

I pay the 100 caps and as soon as I get near the door he and everyone else turns hostile.

Is this supposed to happen or is it another game breaking bug?

The exact same thing happened to me, apart from one Powder Ganger who, when I spoke to him, said something about leaving me alone if I stayed away from their camps. However, I find the disguise works some of the time: I was able to enter the cell blocks unmolested, and the administration building. Beware of the higher ranking Powder Gangers, who see through your disguise.

Is it a bug through?

Or are they just seeing through my diguise because I am so hated by them?
