God please no (GSTAFF)

Post » Sat Dec 19, 2009 7:11 pm

ok so making an open end is not possible cuase you multiple endings to fallout 3 and they did it. all they have to do is pick one to go with. and by they i mean the creators not you.

So even if you helped the Legion and they released something that was just massively NCR based and you got nothing but the ability to see how you got [censored] over you'd be happy?

And you quoted him http://www.gamesas.com/index.php?/topic/1169579-god-please-no-gstaff/page__view__findpost__p__17259226.

It has been announced that there will be no free play after the main quest. Ever.

the game becomes pretty boring long before the last quest, most of us aren't losing sleep over the ending lol it needed to end after the first quest.

as for the people that siad no i dont want a ending after gameplay why woudnt you want that? so what if they chose the NCR story line or houses in the end the story line they choose just shows us where the story will go. so why is that so bad?

Because not everyone likes the NCR or House, the whole point of having four factions to choose from is choice, why would they bring out a dlc where only one of those options... how would it even work, what if a different faction won, what then?

Fallout 3 is the only game without DT. Fallout 3 got it "wrong."

Mhmmmm!

I hate the open ended crap, never feels like I accomplished anything.
Everything has an end. Its a lesson the OP will have to understand one day.

Also the whole choice thing....what if I took Caeser's side? Hmmm...?

Heres how canon works for FO series....generally the good ending is what happens which will probably be a free New Vegas, while mostly the good choices are used. And all side quest and minor characters have vague descriptions of what happens.

Not much point in doing the ending more than once for novelties sake. I couldn't take that much lag and freezing again. Thoroughly unenjoyable and unnecessary. Alot more fun to avoid it.

Not all of us have problems in the game

IF they want to do it

They MUST do it like an expansion pack and not like a DLC

if they are going to release a "cannon" ending then let them use that one for an open end. personally i like wandering the wastes without any quests left to do cuase once you have done them all thats all there is to do. (i thought broken steel was suppose to be an expansion for fallout 3 and the rest were add-ons. i was right, right?)
