I am at the Mojave NCR Outpost and I am told to go onto of the barracks and speak with the Sniper Ghost. Of course she isn't there or anywhere else, Seriously, its one thing for a game to crash and what not, but when its so piss poorly designed that a NPC needed to complete quest doesn't even show as she is suppose to, you have issues.

prid 140dac


Then

You can either try and move TO her

player.moveto 140dac


or try and move her to you

moveto player 140dac


I cannot stress it enough, SAVE before doing anything!
