Problems when expansions were installed/un-installed.

Ok, I just got Oblivion GOTYE for my 360 and when I put in the game disk, everything worked completely fine at first. It ran smooth, no glitches, loading screens were simple, etc. Once I installed the expanions however, I started experiencing major problems. Quests were glitching up (Thoronir would either just stand there or spontaneously die). When loading new areas, openeing up menus, looting dead bodies, it would take minutes (one time over 9) to actually load up the screen to loot the bodies or load the areas. Worst of it all is when I load a game, or open a door into a new location...it just doesn't load. It would either take way over 10-15minutes, or just not load at all.

I thought the problem would've been the expansion packs, so I deleted them, restarted the game, and even started a few new game files, but it just continued to do the same.

So yea, I really need help here on what to do, because I have no idea.

You appear to be experiencing the fabled http://www.gamesas.com/index.php?/topic/273721-xbox-360-technical-issues/. Clear the game's HDD cache by holding down A while Oblivion is loading (before Bethesda Softworks logo is displayed). Once the Bethesda logo starts playing, the game has loaded, and you should see an increase in performance right off the bat if you performed the above step correctly.

This will not cause you to lose any saved data, it is completely safe.
