Anyone else want better looking ranger combat armor? : Fallout: New Vegas

Anyone else want better looking ranger combat armor? The armor on the case is much better looking then the armor in game. I say they should put a new suit of ranger armor in dlc where the trench coat is black, there is a breather pipe and antenna on the helmet, the eyes glow bright red at night, and the rodeo jeans and boots are replaced with more riot armor.Anyone else?

The main problem for me is that the cape doesn't move, which isn't something that can be helped on this engine, I suppose.

I just wish there was another trench coat armor that isn't NCR. I have to undress every time i want to chill with the brotherhood.

I like the Assassin suit with Ranger Helmet. Looks good, got the red eyes, lots of protection and no faction nonsense.

The in mesh in game is too 2-dimensional, and quite a few detail is lost from Art work as well.

Did you make a truce with the NCR yet? Or did you swap McNamara (the only level headed being in that bunker) for Paladin Hardass?

Oh wow, i didn't realise the ceasefire affects me aswell. Thanks for that!
Still, it's fairly late game stuff, with it being the last thing you can do before the point of no return, and even then only if you're with the NCR and McNamara.

EDIT: Knight Torres still turned on me

Those lucky PC version owning Fallout fans. All they have to do is pop in a mod and their game is perfect. For god's sakes, they can have weather affects!

I use this to but i somehow don't like using armor that belongs to a faction (in this case the ranger helmet)
they should make a assassin suit helmet or a gray combat helmet to match.

Helmets don't actually make you look like a member of a faction, if that's what you mean.

I'd rather get better looking Remnants Power armor first. I like the Ranger combat armor the way it is.

Helmets don't actually make you look like a member of a faction, if that's what you mean.

I know but that isn't what i meant.
I don't like using it because there the 'cool' guys of the game, thats why i also never used brotherhood power armor in F3
I just use it because it is the only helmet that really matches with the assassin suit.

Yeah the closest is the bounty hunter duster but its got no armor.

I don't mind the fan. It's those giant shoulder pads. Makes my character look like he has no neck.

Honestly, I'd be happy with a faction free version of the Ranger combat armor. A re-texture closer to the box art, however would also be quite welcome.
