Anyways....where's the water caravan in the Hub? I have about 30 days left until the Vault runs dry. I can't find 'em.

When you get to the Hub, just keep heading south, there's another section there (it's been awhile but I think the exit grid is just south of the dude selling gecko meat.) You'll see a dwarf dude and then east of him is a building with the Water Merchants in it. (Or at least I think that's where they are, it's been a little while.)

Alright. I checked the walkthrough but it just says "southern Hub area", but I still don't know where to go from there. It's in the downtown section, right?

No, the downtown section is where the shops and merchants are. You know, to the east you have the Fargo traders and in this area in the south, there is a guy selling Iguana's (or so it seems...), Bob's Iguana Bits. To the south of Bob's you have a green exit grid, it'll take you to the south side of the Hub. In that area, to the south-east, are the water merchants. Talk to the guy outside and the woman inside and you'll figure it out.
