i know mr.vagas has more important things to do than voice for a add on but it be nice to meet him in game....like three dog almost but without the [censored]y one liners this could revel some of the watsed space in F:nv, it could also give more music like louie armstron, ray price etcetc

He's actually an AI programmed by House... So you won't literally be able to meet him.
