Super Weapon gone? : Fallout: New Vegas

So, I did the Lucky Old Sun quest line, and I activated Helios One and all that good stuff.. so wheres the controller for this super weapon? I have searched and searched near and far for it but I have found nothing. Anyone know where to pick it up?

I think you buy off of a kid in Freeside for 1000 caps (20 with 35 barter).
