Will the ES website ever have some info on it. Turn back into it's old self or just stay as an interactive Murial in-till GI? I find this quite rude as most countries don't get GI and we aren't allowed to scan magazines and post links.

Magazine scans are illegal, however it's fine for people to write up synopses of the article.

As for the website, I'm sure information will be posted there although probably after the GI article, there is a good chance GI has some sort of exclusivity agreement for some set period of time.

If you need the old page, http://replay.waybackmachine.org/20090616041326/http://www.elderscrolls.com/home/home.php

Once game informer hits the shelves you can expect hundreds of gaming sites to be reporting that information to non-subscribers like you. Pete Hines has also made it rather apparent that hes not giving out any information until the Game Informer issue hits shelves.

It may be available in Canada as well, although there isn't a specific Canadian option for subscription on their website so I may be wrong.

Both Oblivion and FO3 were unveiled in GameInformer, the international audience didn't have access to the screenshots but their were fan write-ups posted here and elsewhere on the internet very quickly. It's not uncommon for a few people to get their copies in the mail a day or two early so even many subscribers were coming here for information. :)

I know it svcks, but thats just the way it is :(

Even Lionhead studios released to the US before the UK and they're a UK company...

We just have to hope that people here will give us the info we want.

No, but they will be all over the internet. Legal or not.

I hope it changes because I think the worst kind of web page (well other than heavy use of frames) is the extreme overuse of gaudy resource wasting flash files. Overuse of flash: just say NO. I like the old site for that reason.

Hopefully they do something similar eventually for the ESV site. I don't think flash should be used so extensively.

Pete Hines has also already stated that people outside of the US should fear not, as magazines around the world will be featuring similar articles on TESV.
