What am I supposed to do to get the laser? I came across helios one while I was exploring I went inside and talked to the few people I saw but I'm not sure what to do?

What? I went into helios one but didn't see anything related to archimedes? I talked to everyone inside too and nothing quest related triggered?

Talk to her, she should be in front of HELIOS One. You need to be in at least Neutral or higher standing with the NCR OR have Science of 30 OR have Speech of 30. Either of these allows you to have the right dialogue to start the quest That Lucky Old Sun. Everything should click into place after that.

Ok thanks I believe I have neutral ncr rep and 50 speech. When I first found helios one I don't remember seeing anyone outside so I just went inside and didn't find anything. I'll try going there again tomorrow and hopefully she is outside. Is it possible she is dead? I hope the quest isn't broken if she is somehow dead...

Alright, I snuck into the place and have everything fired up and read to go, but my only choices are NCR and the Strip, Space Laser, Full Region and Freemon/Westside. If I progress further with other factions, do other location options open up, or are these the only choices? Also, where the hell is Westside?
