i went to planet elderscroll and it looks like you have to pay to download off that site...so if someone could link me to good one

Look on TES Nexus too and you dont actually have to pay for PES mods, you just need to make an account, they want you to pay, but you dont have too.

No you don't. There's a free registration option available but they have it buried somewhat to try to encourage people to pay. You just have to dig around a bit more to find it. At any rate, TESNexus is a much better source for Oblivion and Fallout 3 mods.
