Mod -Detailled Terrain Shader

What happened to the http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=15245 from ChainsawXIV?

I noticed that a lot of Terrain Textures along cell borders where mismatched as I had the Shader + patch & the two texture packs installed.
Now that I deinstalled it, those mismatches are gone.

Could it be that this mod is obsolete and not recommended anymore?
Anyway, I thought it just seams the terrain textures to fit better. but just now I recognized the main download is 12Mb, this cant be shaders only!?

Does someone know about this mod and give me an update pls? thx. :whisper:

I don't believe it had anything to do with cell borders.

It enabled a much more intentional blending of terrain textures within a cell. In particular, it allowed you to define high spots and low spots so that rocks would be visible with grass growing around them at the side of a road, instead of both road and grass textures being merged into a mush.

It required extra information to be added to the textures, that's why a bunch of QTP3 textures are included in the package. They've already been modified to suit.

That's also why install order is vital for this mod. It must be installed after QTP3 or any other terrain texture mods.
